Shipping policy

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER?

All our products are made to order. We keep a small inventory of some products on hand. For clothing items, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping for domestic orders takes 3-5 business days. However, many orders are received within 10 days of ordering. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders take about 3 weeks to arrive. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. We are not responsible for any custom fees you may incur. After we shipped the item, we are not able to make any changes to the address or cancel the order. 

LOST PACKAGES

We will not replace any packages that are lost due to an incorrect address. Please double-check the address before you complete your order. If your address is correct and your package says delivered, please contact your local post office.
